Amended Sailing Instructions – A General Sailing Instructions 2022 Issued 04.05.22Download

14.2 is amended to read

14.2 A race shall be scored if it is not abandoned and if two or more boats come to the starting area and, at least one of them starts and sails the course in compliance with rule 28 and finishes within the time limit, if any, even if she retires after finishing or is disqualified.  This changes RRS 90.3(a).
